Refunds are always made inside 30 days.

Free delivery only applies to orders which are kept by the customer, otherwise delivery charges need to be applied in the event of an order being returned. This cost will never exceed £5.99 and covers the initial delivery post/packaging costs and restocking of sold items.

Returns are the responsibility of the customer, so we recommend all goods are returned via traceable means (eg Recorded or Special Delivery).

If an item is not returned via traceable means we can not be held responsible for items that get lost in the post.

Please ensure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.

Please also note that returns on hosiery cannot be accepted if the pack has been opened.

Our normal returns period is 14 days from when you receive the goods, and any returned items must be received by us within this time.
